Cabin Filter Replacement

The cabin filter traps contaminants in air entering through the ventilation system. Replacing it is a maintenance task, not something that requires waiting for an odour or a noticeable loss of airflow. We identify the filter type and location, then inspect its housing and the accessible air intake. The new element must fit without distortion, face the correct airflow direction and allow the cover to close securely. Water or heavy dirt in the housing needs its cause investigated; the filter cannot repair a blocked drain or body leak.
