Frequently Asked Questions
Booking and diagnostics
How can I book diagnostics?
Leave a request on the website, call us, or message us on Telegram or WhatsApp. The technician will clarify the vehicle make and symptoms and offer a convenient time.
Can I come without an appointment?
It is better to arrange your visit in advance so we can prepare a bay and you will not have to wait. If the situation is urgent, call us and we will tell you when we can take you.
How long does diagnostics take?
Computer error scanning takes little time, while finding the cause can take longer depending on the symptoms. The technician will provide an estimated time after the initial inspection.
What should I do if the vehicle cannot drive?
Call us and describe the situation. We will advise whether it is safe to drive here and what to do if it is not.
Can I bring in the whole car?
Yes. Bus Pro Service handles the full cycle: vehicle diagnostics, removal, bench testing, repair, installation, and a control start-up.
Prices and payment
How much does the repair cost?
We name the exact amount after diagnostics because identical symptoms can have different causes. Indicative prices for the main work are in the Prices section.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Cash and cashless payments are available; legal entities can pay by bank details.
Why can't you give an exact price over the phone?
The same symptoms can be caused by different faults. The exact price depends on the bench test results, the condition of internal components, and the cost of parts.
Is the inspection included in the repair cost?
Terms depend on the unit type. Before intake, the technician will tell you the inspection cost and explain whether it's counted toward a subsequent repair.
Parts and warranty
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. Please note that in this case the warranty applies only to the completed work, not to the part you supplied.
Do you install original parts or aftermarket alternatives?
We select parts to suit the situation and budget: original parts and quality alternatives from proven manufacturers are available. We explain the difference in price and service life before work begins.
Do you provide a warranty for the work?
Yes. The terms depend on the repair type, installed components, and operating conditions; they are recorded in the documents when the vehicle is returned.
What should I do if the fault returns after repair?
Contact us with the documents for the completed work. We will inspect the vehicle again and identify the cause.
What's the warranty on the repair?
Terms depend on the unit type, the installed components, and the nature of the repair. They are recorded in the documents at handover.
Repair and timing
Can I wait for the vehicle on site?
For short jobs, yes. If the repair takes longer, the technician will immediately give an approximate time so you can plan your day.
Do you service only diesel vehicles or petrol vehicles too?
Both. Diesel fuel equipment is a separate area with its own laboratory, but the service station also works on petrol vehicles.
Which vehicles do you work with?
Passenger cars, minibuses, and commercial vehicles. If you are unsure about your model, message us and we will advise you right away.
Is wheel alignment needed after suspension repair?
Yes. Replacing suspension or steering components changes the wheel alignment angles. Without adjustment, the vehicle may pull to one side and wear the tyres unevenly.
Diesel fuel equipment
How long does an injector check take?
A standard bench test of a full injector set usually takes from a few hours to one business day. The timing depends on the unit type, the shop's workload, and whether additional fault inspection is needed.
Can I have just one injector checked?
Yes. But for an accurate picture of engine performance, it's often worth testing the full set, since deviations can appear in several injectors at once.
Do you repair piezo injectors?
Yes, but whether they can be restored depends on the manufacturer, the injector's part number, and the nature of the damage. Send us the unit's number for a preliminary assessment.
Can I ship injectors by Nova Poshta?
Yes. Before shipping, contact us to get packing instructions and the shipping details.
Do you provide a test report?
Based on the bench diagnostics, the client receives information about the deviations found. The report format depends on the unit type and the equipment used.
Do I need to flush the fuel system after an HPFP failure?
If metal shavings or heavy contamination are found in the system, a simple pump repair isn't enough. The tank, lines, rail and other components need to be cleaned, otherwise the repaired units may fail again quickly.
Can a restored injector be installed without coding?
On some systems coding is mandatory, on others it isn't required. We determine this based on the specific injector and vehicle model.
For Service Stations & Fleets
Do you service vehicle fleets on an ongoing basis?
Yes. Fleets and service stations can work with us under contract, with agreed terms and scheduled maintenance; details are discussed individually.
Can you accept a unit for repair from another service station?
Yes, we accept units for diagnostics and repair from partner services. We agree the terms and timing in advance.
Do you work with legal entities?
Yes. Non-cash payment with VAT, contract-based work, and accounting documents are all available.
