A fuel systems workshop built for professional Common Rail work
The workshop uses equipment to test: Common Rail solenoid injectors; piezoelectric injectors; injectors for passenger and commercial vehicles; high-pressure fuel pumps; high-output pumps; pressure regulators; sensors; fuel system valves.
A professional test bench allows us to evaluate a component's performance under different modes, rather than drawing conclusions from a visual inspection alone.

The in-house fuel section helps test and repair Common Rail injectors, high-pressure pumps, unit injectors and DPF. After diagnostics, the client receives the test results, approves the price and only then starts the repair.

Case 01
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
Hard starting
- Complaint:
- The engine took a long time to start after standing, with increased fuel return-flow.
- Diagnosis:
- Two injectors showed critical deviations.
- Solution:
- Removal, bench testing, repair of two injectors, checking the others, fuel filter replacement, coding and a control start-up.
Result: Stable starting and smooth engine operation.

Renault Master
Loss of power
- Complaint:
- The vehicle went into limp/emergency mode under load.
- Diagnosis:
- Insufficient fuel rail pressure due to a worn fuel pump.
- Solution:
- HPFP removal, bench testing, cost approval, repair, system flushing and reinstallation.
