Cabin Air Flap Actuator Replacement (Without Dashboard Removal)
Air flap actuators change cabin temperature, airflow direction or intake mode. Clicking or no response may come from the actuator gears, controls or a jammed flap. We check these possibilities and whether access without dashboard removal is feasible before replacement. The new actuator is fitted in alignment with the mechanism, not used to force a stuck flap.
