A/C Electrical Circuit Diagnostics
The A/C electrical system controls compressor permission, fans and sensor signals. Failure to cool can involve a supply fault, poor contact, control issue or a protective inhibit caused by circuit conditions. We use the vehicle's wiring arrangement to compare commands with the actual response of the actuators. Protective circuits are not bypassed to simulate normal operation. The findings explain where a signal or supply is lost and whether the problem is electrical or needs diagnosis of the refrigerant circuit.
Symptoms
- The compressor or fan does not respond to a command.
- A/C electrical circuit fault messages.
What's included
- Clarify the failure mode and control arrangement.
- Check supply, ground and accessible connections.
- Compare sensor signals and actuator commands.
- Locate the electrical fault or identify further diagnostic needs.
