Brake Pipe Replacement

Rigid brake pipes run along the body and carry pressure between system components. Corrosion, impact or damage around a retaining clip can cause leakage. During replacement, we assess adjacent sections and connections so a weakened area is not overlooked beside the new part. The pipe must suit the system in material, fittings and routing. After fitting, we check clearance from moving or hot parts, bleed the circuit and inspect the line under pressure.
