Electrical Circuit Check and Diagnostics
Electrical circuit diagnosis locates where supply, ground or a signal no longer meets operating requirements. An open circuit, corroded contact, excessive resistance or short circuit may be responsible. We start with the complaint and vehicle wiring arrangement, then test under conditions in which the problem occurs. Unloaded voltage alone can be misleading, so voltage drop across connections is considered as well. The result is a located defect or a reasoned next diagnostic step, without speculative control-unit replacement.
