Manual Transmission Oil Replacement

Manual transmission oil lubricates gears, bearings and other internal components, and its specification must match the gearbox design. Replacement follows manufacturer requirements and the vehicle's service history; it is not a universal repair for noise or difficult shifting. We check plug access and signs of leakage before work begins. During draining, the fluid is assessed for visible contamination. After filling, the level is set using the gearbox procedure and the serviced connections are checked for leaks.
